摘要

在河南某600 MW超临界直流炉机组首次大修时,通过对机组化学检查,发现水冷壁、省煤器、汽轮机叶片沉积率较高,汽轮机积盐叶片成分复杂。针对机组运行状况,进行了原因分析并提出改进建议。

Abstract

The chemistry check-up is made in the first maintenance of the supercritical once-through boiler 600 MW units in Henan Province. It is shown that the deposit rates are high on the water-cooled wall, coal economizer, and the turbine blade. The formation of salt deposition is complicated in the turbine blade. According to the operational status, the reasons are analyzed and the suggestions provided.
