Stability Analysis of Axial Compression Component of FRP
纤维增强复合材料(fiber reinforced polymer, FRP)是建造输电杆塔结构的理想材料之一。介绍了FRP轴压构件的弹性屈曲理论,并根据试件的极限承载力试验值得到了试件的等效初弯曲率,以此来考虑初弯曲、残余应力和端部套管等因素的综合影响。在此基础上推导出了FRP轴压杆件的临界应力和稳定系数的计算公式,并研究了径厚比和老化对FRP轴压构件稳定系数的影响。
Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) is one of the most ideal materials for building transmission tower. The elastic and inflective theory about FRP axial compression component is introduced firstly. The equivalent initial bending rate is obtained based on the tested value of ultimate bearing capacity so that the effects of initial bending, residual stress, bushing at the ends and etc are considered. Furthermore, the critical stress and stability coefficient are derived, on which the effects of diameter-thickness ratio and ageing are studied.
