摘要

目前流行的汽轮机基座底板施工方案中,钢筋加固多采用马凳支撑的方式。该方式焊接工作量大,工期长,尤其浪费钢筋。文章介绍了一种采用三角支撑代替钢筋马凳的汽轮机基座施工方案,该方案不但加快了施工工期,也节约了大量的钢筋,大大提高了经济效益。

Abstract

In pedestal construction of steam turbine nowadays, split heads is used as the prevailing rebar strengthening method for which the welding workload, time required, and rebar wastage are considerable. Based on the shortcomings of the traditional method, a triangle stay bearing replacing split head for pedestal rebar strengthening is introduced, where the construction time may be shortened, rebar be saved, and hence economical benefit is enhanced.By using triangle stay bearing, duration can be shortened, rebar can be saved hence more economizing.
