摘要

对新一代智能变电站技术框架进行了研究。通过对外部运行管理需求和内部自身发展需求特点的分析,提出了新一代智能变电站的建设目标与功能特点,制定了新一代智能变电站的总体架构和技术路线,并论述了智能变电站核心技术与关键设备、工程设计与施工工艺和标准制定与运维管理等方面的技术课题与研究思路。

Abstract

This paper studied the technical framework of new generation intelligent substation. Through the analysis on the characteristics of external operation management requirements and internal development needs, the construction goal and functional characteristics of new generation intelligent substation were put forward, and its general framework and technical route were also proposed. Finally, this paper discussed the technical subjects and research thinking of intelligent substation, such as core technology, key equipment, project design, construction technology, standard formulation and operation and maintenance management.
