超(超)临界机组锅炉氧化皮监控及综合治理技术
Comprehensive Treatment and Monitoring of Oxide Scale for (Ultra) Supercritical Boiler
目前,超(超)临界参数机组的锅炉受热面管氧化皮生成、脱落是一个业内公认的难题,当机组在最大负荷(即最高温度)下运行,随着运行时间的增加和蒸汽温度设计值的增大,这一问题更加明显。分析了锅炉受热面管氧化皮产生、脱落原因及其安全隐患,阐述了亚临界、超临界、超超临界参数机组不同管材锅炉受热面的氧化状况,对比了锅炉给水加氧处理前、后受热面管氧化皮情况,提出了锅炉受热面管氧化皮的监控与综合治理技术措施,可为超(超)临界机组锅炉氧化皮处理提供参考。
At present, the formation and exfoliation of oxide scale of heating surface tubes in (ultra) supercritical boiler are recognized problems. When the unit is in the maximum load (maximum temperature) running, these problems will be more obvious with the increases of running time and the design value of steam temperature. This paper analyzed the cause and accident potential of oxide scales formation and exfoliation, discussed the oxidation status on different pipes at heating surface in subcritical, supercritical and ultra supercritical units, as well as compared the oxidation status on heating surface tubes before and after oxygenated treatment for boiler feed water. Finally, the measures of comprehensive treatment and monitoring for oxide scale of heating surface tubes were suggested, which could provide references for the treatment of oxide scale in other (ultra) supercritical units.
