烟气换热器(gas-gas heater，GGH)在大型火力发电机组的脱硫系统中应用普遍，GGH运行时存在积垢堵塞、换热效率差、运行压差远高于设计值等问题，严重影响锅炉的安全运行。针对结垢情况，研制出了HB-I型GGH专用清洗剂，并制定了具体的清洗工艺。该清洗剂在安徽某电厂的使用效果良好，具有较高的经济效益，且安全可靠。

Gas-gas heater (GGH) is applied widely in the desulfurization system of large thermal power plant. There are some problems during the operation process of GGH, such as scale and plugging, poor heat transfer efficiency, much higher operating pressure difference than the design value, and so on, which seriously affect the safe operation of boilers. According to the scaling situation, this paper developed a special cleaning agent for HB-I GGH, and design the specific cleaning process, whose application had a good effect in a power plant in Anhui. The result shows that the cleaning agent has higher economic and safety benefits.
