摘要

提出了一种高压线路故障分量电流差动保护新方法,该保护方法理论上不受分布电容电流和负荷电流的影响,具有较高的灵敏度和可靠性。在非全相运行状态下发生高阻接地故障时能正确跳开故障相,提高了保护的抗过渡电阻能力。仿真验证了该保护方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract

A new current differential protection method of fault component was proposed for high voltage (HV) lines, which was not affected by distributed capacitance current and load current in theory and had high sensitivity and reliability. The presented protection method has achieved a great improvement on the abilities of detecting high resistance ground faults and possesses higher sensitivity and reliability at ground faults with high fault resistance in transmission lines operated in two phases. The simulation results show that the protection method is correct and effective
