摘要

为清理1 000 MW汽轮发电机定子短路事故所产生的污染物,采用了大流量风吹法对发电机定子铁芯背部、铁芯轴向风道、机座风道等部位进行吹扫,取得了良好的清理效果。详细介绍了定子冷却风道吹扫系统,论述了各吹扫阶段的注意事项,给出了吹扫效果的检验方法,对类似事故的处理具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

This paper presented an efficient method for cleaning the pollution in stator short circuit accident of 1 000 MW turbine generator, which used large flow airs to blow stator core backside, core axial ducts, and generator base ducts. The blowing system of stator cooling ducts was introduced in details including the points for attention in every stage and the test method of blowing effect, which could provide reference for the similar accident treatment.
