摘要

分析了10 kV配电线路故障现状,从知停电、少停电和防停电3个方面分别阐述了基于故障停电管控的城市电网馈线自动化建设思路,总结了主干线、分支线和用户线故障智能自愈的馈线自动化建设模式,并提出模式选择的意见。通过工程实践,验证了故障停电管控在城市电网馈线自动化建设中的必要性。

Abstract

Based on the status of 10 kV distribution network fault, this paper proposed a feeder automation construction idea with outage management and control in terms of knowing-power outage, decreasing-power outage and avoiding-power outage. The self-healing feeder automation model of the main lines, branch lines and user lines were investigated, which provided reference for choosing the mode of feeder automation. The engineering practice proves that outage failure management and control is necessary to feeder automation construction.
