摘要

自然通风逆流式冷却塔在自然风的作用下,冷却效果降低,冷却塔的设计中需要考虑自然风的影响程度,以便修正设计。通过压力水槽模型试验,对自然风对冷却塔的进风口区域的阻力系数影响进行了试验研究,结果表明:随着自然风速的增大,进风口区域的阻力系数增大。经过分析给出了不同自然风速冷却塔进风口区域阻力系数的增大估算公式,供设计参考。

Abstract

It should be considered in natural draft counter-flow cooling tower (NDCCT) design that the natural wind may reduce the efficiency of cooling tower. In this paper, pressure flume model has been used to investigate the influence of natural wind on the resistance coefficient at the air inlet of NDCCT. Laboratory experimental results show that the resistance coefficient at the air inlet increases with an increase in the natural wind speed. This study presents an estimation formula of resistance coefficient at the air inlet for variable natural wind speeds, which provides references for NDCCT design.
