摘要

海门电厂1 036 MW超超临界机组发电机采用单流环式密封油系统。为了在未解体发电机密封油轴瓦的情况下测算密封瓦漏氢量,采用了在发电机带负荷、3 000 r/min运行或盘车运行工况时,先准确测定密封瓦漏油量,据此估计密封瓦的间隙变化情况或损坏程度,进而测算出漏氢量的方法。此方法简单、易行,可供同类机组漏氢量测算参考。

Abstract

The generators of 1 036 MW ultra-supercritical unit in Haimen power plant use the single-ring type sealing oil system. A method was proposed for hydrogen leakage determination without collapsing sealing oil bearings, based on the clearance changes or damage degree of seal tile by measuring the oil leakage weight of seal tile, under the running condition of loading, 3 000 r/min or turning. This simple and feasible method can be used as a reference for the hydrogen leakage determination of other similar units.
