Design of Relay Protection for Gas Turbine Generator Unit
针对燃气轮发电机组与燃煤机组的主要电气差异,分析了用于燃煤机组的常规保护原理在燃气轮发电机变频启动过程中的有效性,探讨了燃气轮发电机启动工况下的发电机启动过流、发电机定子接地、主变差动、发电机低频及定子低电压等特殊保护配置,比较了燃气轮发电机组与燃煤机组在并网模式下的保护配置差异,并提出300 MW及以上燃气轮发电机组的典型继电保护配置方案。
Based on the electrical differences between gas turbine generation and coal-fired power generation, this paper analyzed the protection effectiveness traditionally used in coal-fired unit for gas turbine generator in variable frequency starting process. Some special protection configurations were studied, such as overcurrent protection, stator ground fault protection, main transformer differential protection, generator low-frequency protection and stator low voltage protection, during the variable frequency starting progress of gas turbine generator. A typical protection configuration was proposed for gas turbine generator units (≥300 MW), according to the comparison of protection configuration between gas turbine generation and coal-fired generation under the mode of grid-connected operation.
