摘要

1 000 kV南阳变电站扩建工程有大量的线夹需要压接,线夹压接是重要的隐蔽工程和关键的质量控制点,压接质量的好坏直接影响母线安装工程的进度和质量。1 000 kV耐张线夹具有外径大、压接长度长、压接模数多的特点,且压接时间集中,采用常规的压接方法难以满足对效率和质量的要求。研制了一种机械化的软母线压接装置,该装置可大幅提高压接效率,杜绝耐张线夹弯曲的质量通病,并且具有可靠的安全性能。

Abstract

There are a lot of crimping processes for strain clamps in the extension project of the 1 000 kV Nanyang substation. The crimping is an important hidden project and critical quality control point, the quality of which will directly affect the schedule and quality of busbar installation project. The 1 000 kV strain clamps have the characteristics of bigger external diameter, longer crimping length, more crimping numbers, and more centralized crimping time, so conventional crimping methods are difficult to meet the requirements of efficiency and quality. This paper proposed a safe and reliable mechanization device for flexible busbar crimping, which could remarkably improve the crimping efficiency, and avoid the common quality defects of strain clamps bending.
