为了贯彻执行节约资源和保护环境的要求，近期国内提出了建设绿色变电站的概念。绿色变电站的建设是一个新的课题，目前国内外对于建设绿色变电站的具体要求尚无统一标准。结合近年来我国内地和香港地区在变电站 “四节一环保”建设方面的实践经验，提出了绿色变电站的电气设计方案，可为今后类似的变电站设计工作提供参考。

The construction of green substation was proposed to implement the technical-economic policy of resource conservation and environmental protection. But the construction of green substation is a new topic, and there is no standard for its construction requirements. This paper propesed a electrical design method for green substation based on the practice experience of Four Savings-Environment Protection substation construction in mainland and Hong Kong in recent years, which could provide references for the design work of similar substations.
