摘要

目前分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)在电厂的过程控制中发挥着举足轻重的作用,但也出现了一些问题,如何测试DCS的性能越来越受到关注。从实际应用的角度系统地阐述了DCS性能测试的体系,并给出了模拟量实时性测试、控制器处理周期测试、通道抗干扰测试等关键项目的具体测试方法和实际测试结果。此方法已在数10台机组中成功应用,其经验对在现场开展DCS性能测试具有借鉴意义。

Abstract

At present, distributed control system (DCS) plays important roles in power plant, but still has some problems. So the performance test for DCS is attracting more and more attention. This paper introduced the performance test technique for DCS in terms of application. Some test techniques and results were presented, such as analog signals real time test performance test, controllers processing period test, and channel anti-jammings function test. These test techniques have been successfully applied in ten units, which test results are especially useful for the on-site DCSs performance tests.
