摘要

石子煤是燃煤电厂产生的固体废弃物,对锅炉房的生产环境造成很大的污染,目前的几种处理方式均存在一定的缺陷。提出了采用正压气力输送石子煤的处理方式,把在粉料上应用的正压气力输送技术应用于石子煤的输送,在输送理念及输送形式上突破了常规技术模式,开发出专用的发送器、阀门、运行工艺,确保正压输送技术的成功应用。石子煤正压气力输送系统具有系统简单、布置灵活、占地小、不耗水、输送气源可直接从电厂集中空压机站获取、运行能耗较小等优点,可推广应用。

Abstract

Mill rejects are a kind of solid wastes in coal-fired power plants, which can cause a lot of air pollution problems. At present, there are several treatments for mill rejects, but they all have some shortcomings. A positive pneumatic conveying system general used for powder was successfully applied to mill rejects with special conveyor, valves and running process, which could make a great breakthrough on the technology and application. With advantages of simple, flexible layout, small occupation of land, no water wasting, and low power consumption due to the conveying air coming from the air compressor station in power plant, this technology is worthy of popularization.
