青藏交直流联网工程物资管理模式及工程实践
Material Management Model and Engineering Practice of Qinghai-Tibet AC/DC Interconnection Project
青藏交直流联网工程是目前世界上海拔最高、施工冻土区最长、高寒地区建设规模最大的输变电工程,工程建设过程中需要有效的物资供应保障。阐述了面对多种高寒地区物资保障难题的情况下,通过创新管理模式、管理机制,构建了适应高寒地区的输变电工程的物资保障机制和管理模式。从项目管理的理论出发,借鉴矩阵式管理模式进行了青藏交直流联网工程物资保障机制及“项目制”管理模式的探索和工程实践。
At present, Qinghai-Tibet interconnection project is the highest and largest plateau power transmission project with the longest line through the permafrost zone in the world, which needs strong material support during construction process. In order to solve various problems of material support, this paper innovation built a material support mechanism for plateau power engineering through the innovation of management model. According to the theory of project management and matrix management model, the exploration and practice for the material support mechanism and project management were completed successfully in Qinghai-Tibet interconnection project.
