摘要

结合某电厂机组启动、试运实例,介绍引进西门子技术制造的1 000 MW超超临界机组汽轮机结构特点和启动过程控制技术;在分析启动、试运过程中出现问题的基础上,提出1 000 MW超超临界机组调试及锅炉蒸汽吹管的优化建议,为同类机组试运、调试提供参考。

Abstract

Base on the units starting-up and commissioning process in a power plant, this paper introduced the structure characteristics and starting-up processs control technologies of 1 000 MW steam turbine with SIEMENS technology. Problems in starting-up and commissioning process were analyzed, and some proposal were put forward for the commissioning of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit and the optimization of boiler steam-blowing, which could provide references for other units commissioning.
