摘要

青藏联网直流输电工程7标段位于唐古拉山附近,现场生态环境脆弱。在施工过程中采取多项环保措施:固定施工活动范围;限制运输线路;在运输线路地面上铺设草垫或棕垫,避免车辆与地面直接接触造成植被破坏;需要开挖的地面施工前对地面草皮进行剥离,并及时进行回植;采取保温措施防止冻土融化;对剥离回植恢复效果差的地区采用培植的方法进行植被恢复。这些施工措施有效保护了施工现场环境,最大限度减少了工程施工对动物造成的不利影响,可以为高海拔、高寒冷地区输电线路工程环境保护及植被恢复施工提供参考。

Abstract

The bid section 7 in the Qinghai-Tibet DC power transmission project is located near the Tanggula Mountain,where ecological environment is bad. Many environmental protection measures were used in the construction process, such as fixing the construction range, limiting the transport line, the ground of the transport routes being covered with grass and coir mats to avoid direct contact with the vehicle which may cause damage to vegetation, stripping the ground turf before excavation construction and replanting it in time, taking insulation measures to prevent the frozen soil melting, and vegetation restoration using cultivation method for the vegetation of poor recovery effect under stripping and replanting. These methods can effectively protected the construction site environment and minimize the adverse effects on animals, which can provide references for the environmental protection and vegetation restoration of power transmission project in high-altitude alpine regions.
