摘要

借鉴国外核电站实施管道段模块化技术的成功经验,对CPR1000型核电站管道段模块化施工技术进行了系统研究,制定了管道段模块的选定原则和设计流程,开发了基于三维设计平台的管道段模块设计功能,提出了实施管道段模块的技术条件,为CPR1000型核电站建设应用模块化施工技术提供参考。

Abstract

This paper investigated the piping-block modular construction technology in CPR1000 nuclear power plants, discussed the selected principle and design process of the piping-block module, and developed the design function for the piping-block module using 3D platform, based on the successful experience of this technology used in foreign countries. The technical conditions were suggested for the implementation of piping-block module, which could provide a reference for the application of modular construction in the construction of CPR1000 nuclear power plants.
