介绍了变电站集中抄表系统和下网侧电能量自动采集系统当前的应用状况，提出按照资源整合、先进性、经济性的原则，根据计量终端和终端服务器的配置情况，对江苏电网35～220 kV电压等级变电间隔实现分压分线电量采集的标准化方案，为分压分线线损管理提供完整的数据服务。

The status quo of meter reading system and automatic electric energy acquisition system under grid side in Jiangsu Province was introduced. According to the configuration of metering terminal and terminal server, the standardization programs of power acquisition for 35~220 kV substation in Jiangsu were proposed with the advanced and economical resources integration principles, which could provide a complete data service for the line loss management.
