摘要

我国电网从传统电网向智能电网的升级对变电站状态监测系统的智能化建设和改造提出了要求。分析了变电站设备智能状态监测系统的结构,给出了符合当前智能电网需求的变电站状态监测系统设计方案。结合实例进行了DL/T 860标准在智能状态监测系统中的建模和工程应用,实现了通信服务、装置标准化、系统接口及主站诊断功能,并指出了当前工程应用中状态监测系统存在的主要问题。

Abstract

For the upgrade of China power grid from the traditional grid to smart grid, there are many requirements of construction and retrofit for the intelligent condition monitoring systems in substations. Base on the analysis of the structure of the intelligent condition monitoring system for substation equipment, this paper put forward a design scheme that met the needs of smart grid. It had been applied in an engineering project for the modeling and application of DL/T 860 standard in the intelligent condition monitoring system. The results show that it can achieve the functions of communication services, devices’ standardization, system interface and master diagnosis functionality. This paper also pointed out the problems in the current application.
