摘要
选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)烟气脱硝过程中造成空气预热器腐蚀、堵塞的根本原因是氨逃逸。分析了流场分布、喷氨自动调节和烟气分析仪表等对氨逃逸的影响,提出减少氨逃逸的措施,建议对喷氨格栅喷嘴进行改进。
Abstract
This paper pointed out that the basic reason of air preheater’s corrosion and blocking in the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) flue gas denitrification process was ammonia escape. The influence of flow field distribution, automatic regulation for the ammonia spraying and flue gas analysis instruments on the ammonia escape were investigated, in order to suggest the method of reducing ammonia escape. The result shows that the grid nozzle for ammonia spraying should be improved.
