摘要
西门子超超临界汽轮机结构独特、布置紧凑,机组启动速度快、运行平稳、效率高,但大量的汽轮机保护也增加了机组跳闸的概率。针对非常规的汽轮机跳闸保护条件,分析了跳闸产生的原因、可采取的措施以及可能引起的后果,提出了保留、修改和取消部分跳闸条件的建议,可为该类机组保护条件的设置提供一定参考。
Abstract
Siemens ultra-supercritical (USC) turbine has the characteristics of unique structure, compact arrangement, quick start-up, stable operation, high efficiency and a lot of protection that increases the trip probability. According to the unconventional trip protection conditions, this paper analyzed probable cause, adoptable measures and possible consequence of the turbine trip, and suggested to reserve, modify and delete some trip protection conditions, which could provide some references for the units protection conditions setting.
