摘要

阳江核电厂采用自主设计的改进型压水堆CPR1000堆型、双堆布置设计,为缩短其圆筒形安全壳结构内覆盖钢衬里建造工期,3号机组采用了安全壳钢衬里模块化施工技术。文章总结了钢衬里模块化施工设计方案、施工方案,提出了钢衬里模块化设计及施工的建议,可为相关工程提供参考。

Abstract

The self-design and improved pressurized water reactor (PWR) of CPR1000 is used in Yangjiang nuclear power plant (NPP) with two-reactor layout design. The modular method is applied in the construction of containment’s steel lining in No.3 unit, in order to shorten the construction period of cylindrical containment covered with steel lining. This paper introduced the design and construction scheme of modular construction for the steel lining, and put forward suggestions for the modular design and construction, which could provide references for the related projects.
