介绍了近年来在大机组电气总启动试验过程中常见的操作问题、设备配合问题、设计问题及安装质量问题的一些实际案例，分析了不同问题产生的原因及解决处理办法，指出电气启动试验过程中出现问题是有规律可循的，要从众多的现场问题中总结规律、汲取经验教训，对于不同的问题，要采取不同的防范及处理方法，防止类似问题的发生。

This paper introduced some common problems in the process of electric start-up test for large units, such as operational problems, equipment matching problems, design problems and installation problems. The causes and solving measures of these different problems were analyzed. The result shows that all these problems occurred in the electric start-up test are regular. We should summarize the rules and learn lessons from these site problems, and adopt different prevention and treatment methods to prevent similar problems.
