Grouting Technology of Gravity Base for Offshore Wind Power
重力式基础分为混凝土沉箱式和重力基座式2类,安装过程中都需要采用高强度化学浆体进行灌浆,以保持基础结构在后期运行的稳定性和安全性。基于重力式基础结构特点及其适应情况,分析研究重力式基础施工步骤和灌浆工艺。重力式基础一般需进行二次灌浆(地基与基础之间、塔筒与基础的连接部位依次灌浆),才能保证安全稳定运行。
The gravity base structure are divided into two categories, concrete caisson structure and gravity base, both of which need using high strength chemical paste for grouting in the installation process, in order to maintain the stability and security of the base structure in the later operation. Based on the structural characteristics and adaptability of the gravity base, the grouting technology of gravity base was investigated, as well as the construction steps of gravity base. The gravity basis structure generally require twice grouting for the safe and stable operation, the first grouting is between the ground and foundation, the second grouting is in the joints of the tower and foundation.
