摘要

针对500 kV变电站220 kV架空出线多所带来的设备布置难题,对500 kV智能变电站220 kV复合组合电器(hybrid gas insulated switchgear,HGIS)配电装置进行了间隔设备配置整合、布置形式和构架设计。优化布置方案运用了间隔设备整合与布置优化、大跨度母线梁以及联合构架设计、局部双层出线设计等手段,与通用设计500-B-4方案相比,优化布置方案具有设备投资基本相当、占地面积节省34.1%、结构用钢量减少28.6%等优势。

Abstract

According to the fact that 220 kV outgoing lines were overhead in most of 500 kV substation, some improvement measures were implemented for the 220 kV hybrid gas insulated switchgear (HGIS) distribution device in 500 kV intelligent substation, such as the configuration integration for interval equipment, the optimization design for layout and framework. The layout optimization scheme included: the configuration integration and optimization for interval equipment, the design of large span bus beam and united framework, partial double outgoing line within single bay, and so on. Compared with the 500-B-4 universal design, this optimization scheme has advantages of saving 34.1% occupied area and 28.6% structure steel consumption with same equipment investment.
