江苏省9F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环电厂运营成本分析
Analysis on Operation Cost of 9F Gas-Steam Combined Cycle Power Plants in Jiangsu Province
作为经济发达地区,江苏省迫切需要发展天然气发电等清洁能源建设。为促进燃气发电产业的健康有序发展,对江苏省现役的4个9F级燃机电厂的生产情况进行调研,总结了2009—2011年期间的电厂成本情况,定量分析了影响电厂发电成本的几个因素,认为天然气价格、发电小时数以及机组运行方式对现役机组的运营成本有重要影响。最后指出,积极落实气源、争取较高的机组利用小时、适当改进机组运行方式,可有效降低机组的发电成本。
As the economy developed area, there is an urgent need to develop clean energy in Jiangsu province, such as natural gas power generation. In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of gas power generation industry, this paper researched the production & operation situation of four 9F gas-steam combined cycle power plants in Jiangsu province, summarized the situation of generation cost from 2009 to 2011, and analyzed the impact factor of generation cost. The research results show that the gas price, utilization hours and unit operation mode have important influence on the generation cost. Finally, this paper suggests the methods for reducing generation cost, such as increasing the generating equipment availability and improving unit operation mode.
