摘要

在“皖电东送”1 000 kV淮南—上海特高压交流输电示范工程建设中,同塔双回钢管塔的平均质量为200 t,高度为120 m。为提高内悬浮抱杆外拉线组塔方式的安全性和可靠性,研制了悬浮抱杆组塔全过程监控系统,对铁塔组立施工全过程中抱杆系统各部分的受力和角度进行监控,以消除施工中的安全隐患。

Abstract

In the 1 000 kV UHV AC transmission line from Huainan to Shanghai, the average weight and height of double-circuit steel tube tower are 200 t and 120 m. The monitoring system was developed to improve the safety and reliability of assembling tower with inside suspension pole, which could monitor the forces and angles for inside suspension pole system, and limit the data in the allowed scope to eliminate the hidden trouble of safety in the construction process of steel tube towers.
