摘要

核电站核岛主管道的焊接是核电站建设质量控制的关键项目。基于国内某4×1 000 MW核电站的核岛主管道焊接工程,介绍了窄间隙自动焊技术,提出了采用此焊接工艺的质量控制措施。该工程产品质量检验结果表明,主管道窄间隙自动焊工艺是可行的,质量控制措施是有效的,产品外观和内在质量均满足设计要求。此质量控制经验可供同类工程建设参考。

Abstract

The welding quality of nuclear island primary pipes is one critical point of quality control for nuclear power plant construction. The article introduced the narrow gap automatic welding technology and the quality control measure of this welding technology, based on a welding project for primary pipes of nuclear power plant in China. The results of this project’s product quality inspection show that the narrow gap automatic welding technology is feasible for primary pipes, the quality control measure is effective, and the quality of product’s appearance and inherent meets the design requirements. The experience of this quality control measure can be used as a reference for similar engineering construction.
