CPR 1000核电站综合技术廊道规模大、接口多、配合复杂,已成为影响厂区建设成本和施工进度的重要因素。介绍了廊道的设计范围和内容,指出了传统设计方法的弊端,进行了设计方案的组合优选。比选和实际应用表明,相对以往的保守方法,廊道细节型本体设计配上主动型接口设计的方案,可以优化廊道厂区布置、合理控制建设成本,同时能提高接口设计效率、有效保证施工进度,是极具实用性的优化设计方案。
The comprehensive gallery of CPR 1000 nuclear power plant had already become an important influence factor of plant construction cost and schedule, due to the features of large scale, various interfaces and complex design cooperation. This paper introduced the design scope and content of gallery, pointed out the shortcomings of the traditional design method, chose the best combination mode of design schemes. The comparison selection and practical application prove that the method combined with detail type body design and active interface design is a strong practical optimized design method relative to previous conservative methods, because it can effectively optimize the arrangement of gallery to control construction cost, and improve the interface design efficiency to ensure construction schedule.
