The primary consideration content was to ensure the safety of the workers in the launching full acceptance process in high elevation area, where was no good experience used for reference. Taking the Tibet section in Qinghai-Tibet DC line project as example, this article summarized the safety and technical measures for the project acceptance in high elevation area, which could provide the reference for other similar projects.
