光传输网(OTN)技术在省级电传输网中的应用
Application of Optical Transport Network (OTN) in Provincial Power Transmission Network
论述光传输网(optical transport network,OTN)技术的特点和优势。以湖北省电力网为例,在分析电力光缆传输网现状和特点的基础上, 引入新技术,进一步优化现有传输网结构。在省骨干传输网中采用新的OTN技术逐步替代原有的同步数字体系(synchronous digital hierarchy,SDH)传输系统,以提高网络的带宽和安全性,满足智能化电网和大运行的管理需求,保障承载的业务信息可靠、高效地传递。
The features and advantages of optical transport network (OTN) technology is discussed in this paper. Taking power network in Hubei Province as an example, the status and characteristics of OTN in power system are analyzed, and a new technology was introduced to further optimize the existing network structure. The original synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH) transmission system is replaced by the new OTN system in provincial main power transmission network, which could improve the bandwidth and safety of the network, meet the needs of smart grid and operation management, as well as ensure the reliable and efficient transmission of business information.
