Pulsed Arc Welding Process and Performance Test of Super304H Steel
介绍了Super304H钢的焊接性能;采用脉冲弧焊电源和ER304HCu焊丝对超超临界机组锅炉使用的Super304H钢进行焊接工艺试验,包括室温拉伸试验、弯曲试验、硬度试验。试验结果表明, Super304H钢焊接接头性能良好,金相微观组织正常,力学性能满足规范要求,按试验结果制定的焊接工艺可以应用于工程安装和检修。
This paper introduces the welding performance of Super304H steel. The welding process tests of Super304H steel including room tensile tests, bending tests and hardness tests, were carried out in ultra-supercritical boiler, with the use of pulsed arc welding power and ER304HCu welding wire. The results show that the welded joints of Super304H steel have good performance, normal microstructure, and its mechanical properties can meet the specification requirements. The welding process designed according to the testing results can be used for engineering installation and maintenance.
