摘要

详述了新一代智能变电站对二次设备的技术要求,提出在目前常见的电气主接线形式下,监控系统设备、电能计量设备、故障录波设备及同步相量测量单元(phase measurement unit, PMU)设备的集成方案,进一步探讨了监控系统的功能。按照双母线接线和3/2接线形式的继电保护配置情况分别对继电保护设备的集成方法进行了介绍,通过对监控系统、继电保护等二次设备集成方案进行比较,给出了推荐的集成方式,考虑到采样测量值(sample measured value,SMV)报文占用带宽的计算、二次设备装置背板光纤端口安装密度、屏柜空间等影响设备集成的制约因素,提出了设备集成时应重点注意的技术问题。

Abstract

The technical requirements for secondary equipments of the new generation intelligent substation is illustrated in detail, and some integration schemes are proposed for secondary equipments used in common connection forms of main electrical wiring, such as monitoring system equipments, energy metering equipments, fault recorder equipments and phase measurement unit (PMU). Then, the function of monitoring system is studied. The integration of relay protection devices is also discussed in accordance with the relay protection configuration under double-busbar and 3/2 connection form. It presents a recommended integration way based on the comparison of integration schemes of secondary equipments, such as monitoring system, relay protection and so on. Finally, the technical issues that should be focused on equipments intelligent is proposed, with considering the constraints that might affect device integration such as the occupied bandwidth of sample measured value (SMV) message (based on calculation), fiber ports density of secondary device backplane and cubicle space, etc.
