新型板式省煤器的传热特性研究
Heat Transfer Characteristics of New Plate Economizer
传统电站锅炉所用的省煤器换热效果差、紧凑度低,为此开发出了一种新型的板式省煤器。建立了新型板式省煤器的传热数学模型,采用Fluent 6.3软件对其传热特性进行数值求解,探讨了烟气流道、水流道的形状和流动特性对换热效果和流阻的影响,并对板式省煤器与管翅式省煤器的传热效果进行了比较。结果表明,在同等条件下,板式省煤器的传热系数比管翅式省煤器高。板式省煤器烟气流道上添加鼓包将提高省煤器的换热效果,与管翅式省煤器相比,换热系数提高了51%。与传统电站省煤器相比较,新型板式省煤器可提高换热效率、降低能耗。
According to the poor heat exchange efficiency and low compact degree of traditional economizer used in boiler, a new type of plate economizer was developed. The heat-transfer mathematical model of the new plate economizer was established and its heat transfer characteristics were numerically solved by using Fluent 6.3. Then, the influence of the channel shape and flow characteristics of flue gas and water on the heat transfer effect and flow resistance are discussed, as well as the heat transfer effect between plate economizer and fin-and-tube economizer is compared. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of plate economizer is higher than that of fin-and-tube economizer under the same conditions. The heat transfer effect of plate economizer can be improved by adding bulge in flue gas channel, which is 51% more than that of fin-and-tube economizer. Compared with traditional economizers in power plants, new plate economizers will increase heat transfer efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
