摘要

随着1 000 kV特高压工程的快速发展,钢管塔在工程中得到大量应用。“皖电东送”工程钢管塔具有“大、长、重”等特点,组立施工难度大。为确保工程建设施工安全,寻求一种安全、高效、经济的施工方法和吊装设备势在必行。通过在工程中引入QST-100型落地双平臂抱杆,成功地解决了钢管塔组立难的问题。通过将该抱杆性能及其吊装方法与常规施工方法进行对比,验证了该抱杆的优越性,值得在后续的工程中大量推广应用。

Abstract

With the rapid development of 1 000 kV UHV projects, steel tube towers are widely used in projects. The steel tube towers in “Anhui Electricity Eastward Transmitting” project have the characteristics of big, long, heavy, etc., so the assembly and erection construction is rather difficult. In order to ensure the safety of project construction, it is necessary to find safe, efficient and economic construction methods and hoisting equipments. The QST-100 double horizontal arm ground holding poles were used in projects which could successfully solve the problem of difficult assembly and erection of steel tube tower. Finally, through the introduction of holding poles' performance and hoisting process, as well as the comparison with conventional construction methods, the superiority of holding poles were verified, which were worth of popularization and application in follow-up projects.
