摘要: 为提高诸如光伏、风力等可再生能源发电功率的可控性,避免由于外界环境变化引起的功率波动对电网的负面影响,提出一种基于两级式储能变流器的混合储能系统,采用PQ控制策略平抑可再生能源功率波动的方案。通过低通滤波算法估算混合储能系统的能量补偿,进一步设计控制器,精确控制储能系统的能量流向,达到储能系统与电网之间及时准确的能量交换。以光伏发电为应用背景,在MATLAB/SIMULINK中搭建混合储能系统模型。仿真结果表明:该方法使得光伏发电模块输出功率平缓,起到了平抑效果,可以满足电力系统实时调度的要求。

Abstract: To improve the controllability of the power generation of renewable energy such as photovoltaic power, wind power, etc., and avoid the negative impact of power fluctuation caused by external environmental changes on power grid, this paper proposes a hybrid energy storage system based on two-stage energy storage converter, which adopts PQ control strategy to suppress renewable power fluctuation. The energy compensation for energy storage system is estimated by low pass filter algorithm, then the controller is further designed to accurately control the power flow of energy storage and achieve timely and accurate energy exchange between energy storage system and power grids. Finally, this paper constructs a model for hybrid energy storage system under the background of photovoltaic power generation in MATLAB/SIMULINK platform. The simulation results show that, this method can smooth the output power of the photovoltaic power generation module smooth and has the suppression effect, which can meet the requirements of real-time scheduling of power system.
