Capacity Allocation Method of Hybrid Energy Storage System Based on Energy Coordination Control

摘要: 为了平滑离网光伏发电系统中源荷之间功率差的随机波动,提出了一种适用于混合储能系统中不同储能介质之间充放电功率分配的能量协调控制策略。该策略依据不同储能介质的实时荷电状态,结合最大可能充放电时间,令超级电容器优先充放电,当达到其充放电极限时,再控制蓄电池进行充放电。在此基础上根据全寿命周期理论,考虑实时荷电状态、负荷缺电率和系统自主运行能力等约束,建立混合储能系统容量配置优化模型。利用改进粒子群算法对算例进行求解分析,并与单一蓄电池储能进行比较,验证能量协调控制策略的有效性和容量配置优化模型的正确性。

Abstract: To smooth the random fluctuation of the active power in the stand-alone photovoltaic generation system, this paper proposes a coordination control strategy for the charge or discharge power allocation between different energy storage medium in the hybrid energy storage system. Based on the real-time state of charge (SOC) and the maximum possible charge or discharge time, this strategy commands the super capacitors to charge or discharge firstly, when reaching the limit of the SOC, and then controls the batteries to work. According to the theory of life cycle cost and the constraints of the real time SOC, the loss of power supply probability and the system independent operation ability, we establish the capacity allocation optimization model for hybrid energy storage system. Then, we use an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the given example, and verify the effectiveness of the energy coordination control strategy and the validity of the capacity allocation optimization model by comparing with the single-battery energy storage system.
