Optimal Allocation of Energy Storage System Capacity with Benefit of Saving Coal

摘要: 电网中储能系统的优化配置研究具有工程应用价值,为了量化配置储能系统后的节煤效益,探讨了电网配置储能,通过削峰填谷,改善发电侧机组运行特性获得的节煤效益,提出了单位储能日节煤量的概念。同时,综合分析了储能延缓配电网升级效益、减少网损效益、低储高发套利等方面的经济价值,并考虑了蓄电池储能系统投资成本、运行维护及处置成本,构建以年净收益最大为目标函数的蓄电池储能系统优化配置模型。最后,通过优化算法对模型求解,确定储能系统容量。算例分析表明,电网配置储能通过削峰填谷能够创造较好收益,并在一定程度上降低煤耗,实现节能减排。

Abstract: It has engineering application value to study the optimal allocation of energy storage system in power grid. In order to quantify the benefit of saving coal after the configuration of energy storage system, this paper discusses the benefit of saving coal of power grid with energy storage by load shift and improving the operating characteristics of generator set, and proposes the concept of daily coal saving for the unit of energy storage. Meanwhile, this paper comprehensively analyzes the economic value of energy storage in delaying the promotion of distribution network, reducing the network loss, arbitrage of energy storage, etc. With considering the costs of investment, operation, maintenance and disposal, this paper constructs the optimal allocation model of battery energy storage system with taking the maximum annual net income as the objective function. Finally, this paper solve the model with using optimization algorithm to determine the capacity of the energy storage system. The example analysis shows that, the energy storage system in power grid can create better returns by shifting peak and filling valley, and reduce the coal consumption in a certain extent, achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
