分布式风储控制系统硬件设计

Control System Hardware Design of Distributed Wind Turbine-Energy Storage System

摘要: 分布式风储系统是储能与风电配合的一种新的形式,其控制系统运行环境恶劣但可靠性要求高。为了实现分布式风储系统的稳定运行,以确保安全、满足性能、硬件成熟、数据存储可靠为基本原则对内蒙古某风电场的分布式风储系统的控制系统硬件进行了设计。设计采用了无风扇高可靠工业控制计算机作为主控制器,以数据采集卡实现现场信号的采集,设计的电压电流信号调理电路实现了现场信号的隔离输入,主控制器与现场信号实现了三级信号隔离,保障了设备和人员的安全。通过后备电源设计保证了控制系统的掉电安全。上述设计在风电场实现并成功运行,可为风储系统的推广与应用提供参考。

Abstract: Distributed wind power-battery energy system (DWPBES) is a new cooperation form of energy storage and wind power, whose control system operating environment is poor, but requires high reliability. In order to ensure the stable operation of DWPBES, this paper designs the hardware of the control system of the DWPBES in a wind farm in Inner Mongolia, based on the principle of safety, performance, hardware maturity and data storage reliability. The fan-less industrial personal computer (IPC) is adopted as main controller. The data acquisition card is used to collect field signal. And this paper designs the voltage and current signal conditioning circuit to realize the isolated input of the field signal. We realize the three-stagessignal isolation for the main controller and field signal, which can ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. We adopt the uninterrupted power supply(UPS)to ensure the power down safety of control system.The designs above have been implemented and successfully operatedin a wind farm, which can be a reference for the popularization and application of the wind power-battery energy storage system.
