基于投资优化管理理念和流程分析，对电网建设项目投资优化管理方法与应用进行了研究。以项目投资组合收益最大化为目标，综合考虑了电网建设的经济性、可靠性、社会性要求，将资金总额约束条件转化为罚函数计入目标函数，构建了项目投资组合优化模型。通过算例分析，验证了模型的实用性以及遗传算法求解的准确性。

Based on the investment optimal theory and process analysis, the management method and its application in investment optimization for grid projects are studied. With comprehensive considerations of economy, reliability, sociality, the optimal model of grid project portfolio is constructed which transforms the capital constraints into a penalty function and takes achieving the maximum profits as its target. The model and genetic algorithm are proved practical and correct through calculation examples.
