摘要

通信信息平台是智能电网的重要支持系统,配、用电通信网一直以来缺乏适用的通信解决方案,成为制约智能电网在配、用电侧应用的瓶颈。分析了智能配、用电通信网的特点及业务发展需求,对无源光网络(passive optical network, PON)、全球微波接入互操作(world interoperability for microwave access,WiMAX)和电力线载波(power line carrier, PLC)等适用通信技术进行了分析,并对其在配、用电通信网中的应用进行了经济技术比较,最后提出了智能配、用电通信网的系统架构和组网技术方案。

Abstract

Communication systems provide important support for smart grid. But there has been a bottleneck in the field of distribution and communication network due to the absence of effective communication methods. This paper first introduce the characteristics and information requirement of smart distribution network, then gives an introduction and comparison on the communication technology such as passive optical network (PON), world interoperability for microwave access(WiMAX)and power line carrier(PLC).Finally, based on an economic and technical comparison, a technological application scheme and a system structure for distribution and communication network were presented.
