摘要:

对超超临界机组四大管道在工厂化配制过程中出现的表面质量问题、几何尺寸问题、硬度异常、金相组织异常、焊接缺陷等常见质量问题进行汇总、分析,并提出相应的质量控制措施及建议,可为进一步提高四大管道的制造质量提供参考。

Abstract:

In this paper, common quality defects during factory preparation of the four major pipes in ultrasupercritical thermal power units are summarized and analyzed, such as surface quality, offdimension, hardness abnormal and metallographic structure abnormal, weld defects and so on. Then the corresponding quality control measures and suggestions are put forward, providing references for further improving the processing quality of the four major pipes.
