摘要

1 000 kV串联补偿装置平台的面积、重量、安装高度都远大于500 kV串联补偿装置平台。基于传统的吊车方法的不足,设计了一种专用的串联补偿装置平台提升设备,即四支柱联合提升设备。首先提出了四支柱联合提升设备的设计功能要求,并据此介绍了设备组成和功能实现。最后,从施工的角度对四支柱联合提升设备的设计、安装、调试、运行进行了详细分析。

Abstract

The platform of 1000kV series compensation equipment is much larger than the one of 500kV on area, weight and installation height. The traditional hoisting technology is limit by construction site, and the The platform of 1 000 kV series compensation equipment is much larger than that of 500 kV on area, weight and installation height. The traditional hoisting technology is limited by construction site, and a new special hoisting equipment is designed for lifting the platform of UHV series compensation equipment, i.e. a hoisting equipment with 4 pillars. The design function is firstly analyzed for the new equipment, and the equipment composition and function realization are finished accordingly. At last, the installation, commissioning and operation are analyzed for the new hoisting equipment in detail, from the view of field working.
