摘要

在已投产的东方汽轮机厂日立技术超超临界1 000 MW机组中,普遍存在高压缸中分面局部漏汽问题。为此,在总结以往经验的基础上分析了产生漏汽的可能因素,制定了有针对性的施工措施,主要是正确处理中分面间隙和汽封径向间隙、调整猫爪支承销间隙、选择可靠的密封脂和规范螺栓热紧要求。这些措施经实际安装工作验证,效果良好,成功避免了漏汽现象。

Abstract

The ultrasupercritical 1 000 MW units of Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. which have been put into production, are found to have the partial steam leakage problem in high pressure casing split. Based upon the past experiment, this paper develops some targeted construction measures, including proper handling the clearance of casing split and radial clearance of vapor lock, adjusting the clearance of the paw rest pin, adopting reliable sealing grease and thermal tightening of bolts, and so on. These measures work fine during installation process and avoid the steam leakage successfully.
