福建省风电出力特性及其对电网的影响分析

Analysis of Wind Power Output Characteristics in Fujian and Its Impact on Power Grid

摘要:

根据风电实际运行数据分析了福建省风电出力概率分布、相关性以及风电年、月、日有功出力变化规律,探讨了风电对2015年福建电网综合负荷、电力平衡和调峰的影响。研究表明,根据实际出力特性,风电对年最大负荷数值影响不大,因此从电力平衡观点来看,福建风电对全省装机容量需求没有明显的影响;然而,风电大规模投运后,反调峰引起综合负荷的峰谷差增大将导致调峰容量需求明显加大,需要进一步加以关注。

Abstract:

Based on the actual operating data of wind power in Fujian, the probability distribution, correlation and chronological characteristics of wind power are studied. In addition, the effects of wind power on the synthesis load, power balance and peak load regulation of Fujian power grid in 2015 are discussed. It is found according to the practical output characteristics that the wind power has little effect on the annual maximum load, that is on the total capacity requirement of Fujian power system from the power balance point of view. However, it should be pointed out that more capacity requirement for peak load regulation will be brought about with the increase of the wind power and peakvalley difference of synthesis load.
