摘要

自动发电控制是电网调度直接对发电厂负荷进行远方控制的一种负荷控制方式,是保证电网发、供电平衡的重要手段。针对国电宿州热电厂自实施煤泥搀烧以来自动发电控制调节品质不好的问题,分析了影响因素,提出加强煤泥搀配及干燥处理力度、提高主汽压力设定值、简化迫升迫降闭锁增减信号、调整控制参数及设置等对策。

Abstract

Automatic generation control(AGC) technology is used for remote controlling in electric network management. It is considered as an important method to guarantee the balance of electric network. In this paper, the problem of AGC technology based on mixburning coal slurry is analyzed. The corresponding countermeasure is proposed, such as strengthening the coal slurry mixing, improving the drying process, increasing the threshold of main stream pressure, simplifying the runup/rundown signal and the atresia signal, adjusting the control parameter and so on.
