摘要

以某热电厂为例,介绍了厂区供热管网中的2个内外压平衡型波纹膨胀节在机组试运行时出现胀裂破损的情况,分析了其胀裂破损的原因,并提出了解决问题的方法和建议,可为波纹管膨胀节在供热管网中的合理布置、安装及加工等方面提供参考。

Abstract

During the operation of units in some thermal power plant, the crack occurs of two bellows expansion joints of internal and external pressure balance in the heating network. The causes are analyzed and the solutions proposed, providing references for rational distribution, installation and fabrication of bellows expansion joints in heating network.
